Four Js. One mission: go forth and make a difference.
We started JFourth because we saw too many compliance programmes that looked great on paper but crumbled in practice. Policies that no one read. Training that no one remembered. Controls that no one followed.
We believe there’s a better way.
Compliance isn’t about ticking boxes. It’s about protecting people: the grandmother who could lose her savings, the student who could become a mule, the small business owner who just wants a fair shot.
That’s why we put humans at the centre of everything we do.
The Compliance Blackbelt
Julia Chin has spent her career following the money, through audit rooms, forensic investigations, banking halls, and UN conventions, across Asia and the Middle East.
Today, as Founder & Principal Consultant of JFourth Solutions, she focuses on what matters most: building compliance cultures where people speak up, not just tick boxes.
She’s also the author of Chronicles of the Technosaurus and creator of the PULSE® framework, proof that even decades in, she’d rather learn a new language than defend an old one.
Her driving belief: the best solutions emerge when we stop working in silos.
