We started JFourth because we saw too many compliance programmes that looked great on paper but crumbled in practice. Policies that no one read. Training that no one remembered.
Controls that no one followed.
We believe there's a better way.
Compliance isn't about ticking boxes. It's about protecting people ... the grandmother who could lose her savings, the student who could become a mule, the small business owner who just wants a fair shot.
That's why we put humans at the centre of everything we do.

Julia Chin has spent over 30 years following the money to protect people.
Audit rooms. Forensic investigations. Banking halls. UN conventions. Her career has been anything but linear, spanning accountancy, banking, compliance, and risk management across Asia and the Middle East.
Today, as Founder & CEO of JFourth Solutions, she focuses on what matters most: building compliance cultures where people speak up, not just tick boxes.
Julia is an accredited trainer, keynote speaker, and writer of Tripwire, a newsletter on the human side of risk.
